Throw out – well, recycle – your bathroom scale because your body weight is meaningless. Why? Because it doesn’t tell you anything other than how much you weigh.
Ok, that might sound dumb, but think about it. Your body weight doesn’t say anything about how you look or feel, how fat or muscular you are, or how likely you are to end up with heart disease or diabetes.
Toss your bathroom scale. You know you want to!

Best selling author Tim Ferriss has revolutionized the health and fitness industry with his recent book The Four Hour Body. In it, Ferriss details his years of in-depth testing, measuring, and tracking of personal physical changes brought about by self-experimentation of some of the world’s most popular diet, exercise, and health improvement programs. Many of the tests utilized by Ferriss and recommended in The Four Hour Body are tests that Human Health Specialists offers its clients.

That means people in the northern states are enjoying the beautiful fall foliage. People in the southern states are enjoying temperatures in the 80s.
