We are familiar with footy and we've helped a few rugby players in the past, also New Zealanders. If you'd like a specific, detailed training program, please contact us by phone or email. Otherwise, just follow the guidelines in the book for adding strength and speed. Focus on multi-joint, compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, overhead press, etc.), add in some sprints or light plyometrics to start, and increase intensity as you progress.

Raun,

We are familiar with footy and we’ve helped a few rugby players in the past, also New Zealanders. There has not been any research on the direct effects of Ageless Growth on endurance performance. Increasing growth hormone, however, does lead to a decrease in body fat, an increase in lean mass, and an increase in strength, all of which would definitely improve endurance performance.

Wayne,

There has not been any research on the direct effects of Ageless Growth on endurance performance. I have also weight trained most of my life. My question is with regard to your "Ageless Growth" supplement. Has any of your research shown postitve results with regard to increased endurance. Thank you. Wayne Zimmerman

I am a 68 year old Ironman Triathlete.
